How long will it take to arrive?

I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?

Please note that once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. We apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly to request any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and Alipay HK.

About delivery

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Is there any shipping fee?

We offer free shipping and delivery service within Hong Kong.

For orders from other regions, the actual shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. However, if you wish to delay the delivery, please include your request in the "remarks" section during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

About returns/cancellation of orders

Can I cancel my order?

We regret to inform you that cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Can I apply for a return?

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for opened products or products that are returned due to skin incompatibility.

Can I return a product because it is damaged?

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us and return the item to the specified address.

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement with a non-defective item.
