4. Price
The prices displayed on this website are in Hong Kong dollars only. Although we do our best to ensure that prices are listed correctly on this website, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct prices. If we find that the price of the product you purchased is incorrect, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to purchase the product at the corrected price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled. For the avoidance of doubt, Axxzia (Hong Kong) reserves the right to adjust prices on this website at any time without prior notice.
Order
1. Order delivery
We will only process and ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. In special circumstances (the product is a pre-sale product, etc.), the product will be shipped according to the delivery time marked on the product page.
We only provide delivery services in Hong Kong and cannot accept orders with delivery addresses outside Hong Kong. Under normal commercially reasonable circumstances, we will do our best to process orders within the above estimated time, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to meet the estimated time, and we will not be responsible for any delays.
2. Order status
You can track the delivery status of your order on the logistics company's website.
*Please note: Some logistics companies may not update the logistics information until 24 working hours after picking up the package.
3.Change/cancel order
If the contact information and shipping address are incorrect, please email us at info@axxzia.hk for correction. If you have already sent the product but request to change the information, we are sorry, but we are unable to change the information for you. You can contact the logistics company to make changes based on the waybill tracking number.
We recommend that you carefully confirm your order before making payment, so that you can fully enjoy the pleasure and convenience of shopping.
Once we have started processing your order, you cannot cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order placed online, please contact us by email at info@axxzia.hk.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
- There is insufficient stock of the goods you ordered;
- Unable to arrange delivery for your area; or
- The price stated on the item you ordered was incorrect due to human or computer error.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and the refund amount will be refunded to your payment instrument account within thirty (30) days from the order date. You agree that we are not required to pay any compensation for canceling your order.

1. Delivery service
Unless otherwise stated (such as offers listed on this website), all orders placed on this website are subject to the following delivery policy.
- Orders with an amount of HK$500 or above can enjoy free delivery service
- For orders with an amount less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged
2. Delivery scope
Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands. This service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Lo Wu and Po Toi Island.
Delivery service is not available for addresses outside Hong Kong.
We do not accept PO Boxes as shipping addresses.
Goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Shipping is limited to one address per order. If you want to send some of the items in your order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders based on different addresses.
If the customer is unable to take delivery due to personal reasons, please contact the logistics company directly to make arrangements. If delivery fails multiple times, your order may be canceled and we may not issue a refund.
3.Package lost
If the package tracking information shows that your goods have been delivered, but you cannot receive the goods, please ask neighbors or family members, check the vicinity of the delivery address, or contact the logistics provider.

1. Return policy
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return any product in its original condition within 7 working days of receipt of the package.
Products must be unopened and retain their original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
We will process refunds and exchanges within 7 working days after receiving the product. We will issue a refund to the method of payment used when your order was placed (excluding original shipping charges).
2. Return steps
Please contact us by email at info@axxzia.hk to apply for return. Please provide the following information so that we can process your return request and verify it:
- order number
- order date
- Name and quantity of returned product
- Reason for return
- Product photos
- Wrap the products that need to be returned
If we accept your return request, please carefully package the product to be returned along with the original receipt and packaging slip. We will then arrange for the express company to collect the shipment.
Please ensure that the product you are returning is unopened, resalable, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and accessories. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
We will refund you to the method of payment used when you placed your order. We will not provide cash refunds. There are also no refunds for shipping or gift wrapping.
Please note that the actual time required for refunds varies depending on the processing time of the payment method provider. The time required for the refund to your account depends on the card-issuing bank. Please check with your card-issuing bank for details.
